Texas Safety Lawyers' Jesse E. Guerra Jr. and Robert C. Hilliard settle negligence case in less than eight months of filing suit against large Insurance Company.

The case involved a Sentry Insurance Company Senior Claims Manager who negligently crossed the highway center line while driving a company vehicle and simultaneously working on his cell phone, laptop, and fax machine causing serious injury to their client Steven Langston. The law suit LANGSTON v. SENTRY INSURANCE was filed in Nueces County on April 01, 2008 and settled at Mediation on October 22, 2008.
