A mobile home caught on fire in Corpus Christi and injured all four residents that were sleeping inside. It took fire rescue crews 40 minutes to put out the mobile home fire. All four people were taken to a local hospital for treatment. Three of them were in critical condition.

Flames lurched from the threshold of the mobile home in the 500 block of Rosemary as firefighters arrived about 3:20 a.m., fire officials said. Neighbors helped the family from their home, and according to reports, the girl's stepfather's arm was burned while yanking his 15-year-old son from the residence. Both adults and both teens suffered smoke inhalation.

The fire is being investigated and it is unknown what caused the fire. The home and its contents were completely destroyed in the fire. The American Red Cross has pledged its help to the family.
