King Ranch family member Teo Saenz and other local residents have been trying for years to get Uranium Resources Inc. to clean up the heavy metals and radioactive materials created during their mining operation as required by their Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (TNRCC) permit without success.

According to a website Toxic Texas, Teo and his neighbors live next to an underground or "insitu" uranium mine run by Uranium Resources Inc. This has caused him and others to shut down their water wells due to fear of radioactive and chemically toxic substances such as arsenic, molybdenum, and selenium caused by uranium mining. If you or a loved one has become seriously injured or developed lung cancer as a result of being exposed to the water in this area you need to know what legal rights you have against this Uranium Resources Inc. Bob Hilliard is a board certified peronal injury trial lawyer and is experienced in toxic torts such as the type described in this article.
