A 36 year-old man drowned yesterday, September 19, 2007 while diving for golf balls.According to police, he was found dead at the scene at the bottom of a pond on the fourth hole of the golf course. Two cities in West Virginia have been sued in Slip and Fall lawsuits for incidents that happened on city property. The first lawsuit involves the city of Ronceverte and the city's pool. A couple rented the pool for a party in 2005. The wife allegedly fell and is seeking damages for her medical bills.
