Two cities in West Virginia have been sued in Slip and Fall lawsuits for incidents that happened on city property. The first lawsuit involves the city of Ronceverte and the city's pool. A couple rented the pool for a party in 2005. The wife allegedly fell and is seeking damages for her medical bills. The suit claims Mary Ralston "slipped and fell" while using the bathhouse and picnic areas...
